PHASES OF INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY

  • 1997

    Vita Baltic International history began when British Vita has decided to invest 10 million USD to the construction of foam factory in Lithuania.

  • 1999

    Standard polyurethane foam (VB), which is widely used today, has been produced.

  • 2000

    After successive attempts, high-elasticity polyurethane foam (HR) and coloured sponge foam have been produced.

  • 2001

    Technology for production of laminated materials was purchased. A wide range of laminated products was offered to the market.

  • 2004

    Long-awaited innovation was introduced – fire retardant polyurethane foam (CME and CMHR) for the market of Great Britain.

  • 2006

    The new modernized laminating line was commissioned in favour of environment. Environmentally friendly raw materials were introduced.

  • 2007

    Lamination technology capabilities have been improved. Another new laminating line was obtained.

  • 2008

    Production capacity has been further constantly increased. Production of technical products with adhesive film was started.

  • 2009

    Due to increasingly stringent environmental requirements, warehouse capacity was expanded.

  • 2010

    Product of our increasing experience and knowledge – exclusive high quality viscoelastic foam won the gold medal “Lithuanian product of the year 2010“ and Innovative product award.

  • 2013

    Viscoelastic foam brand VitaRest® has been patented in the EU, the Russian Federation, Norway and Kazakhstan.

  • 2014

    Our new product – Tiger Touch® foam featuring the highest comfort, exceptional properties and durability. The brand has been registered throughout Europe.

  • 2015

    Use of modern technology of moulded pillows was started, which enables us to offer our clients an even broader range of high quality pillows.

  • 2016

    We began producing a new product for Lithuanian and foreign markets – roll (band) foam, which is distinguished by its unlimited applications, since it is available in a broad range of colours, types, densities and hardness.

PRODUCTION OF FOAM BLANKS:

  • Production of various types of polyurethane (PPU) foam blocks.
  • Production of polyurethane foam (PPU) parts (horizontal, vertical, contour cutting of polyurethane foam parts) of various purposes.
  • Compression of polyurethane (PPU) foam sheets and blocks to rolls.
  • Buying up of polyurethane (PPU) foam scrap.

LAMINATION:

  • Lamination of various materials with client’s fabrics and other materials (fibre, sandpaper, etc.).
