The scope of our services is very broad. We can cut various outlined parts, cut the foam to desired thickness, roll it, glue materials, cover foam in a protective film, moulded pillows and provide many other services necessary for you.

We produce foam blanks according to individual B2B (Business-to-business) orders, considering the needs of the Client.

PRODUCTION OF FOAM BLANKS:

  • Production of various types of polyurethane (PPU) foam blocks.
  • Production of polyurethane foam (PPU) parts (horizontal, vertical, contour cutting of polyurethane foam parts) of various purposes.
  • Compression of polyurethane (PPU) foam sheets and blocks to rolls.
  • Buying up of polyurethane (PPU) foam scrap.

LAMINATION:

  • Lamination of various materials with client’s fabrics and other materials (fibre, sandpaper, etc.).
  • Gluing of various materials.
  • Production of polyurethane (PPU) foam with adhesive paper.
  • Cutting of polyurethane (PPU) foam to various thickness and winding into rolls.

PRODUCTION OF TECHNICAL PRODUCTS:

  • Production of various polyurethane (PPU) foam filters.
  • Production of polyurethane (PPU) foam for noise insulation.
  • We coat polyurethane (PPU) foam sheets with protective films resistant to water and many chemicals.

PRODUCTION OF PILLOWS:

  • Production of cut pillows (we produce pillow blanks of various shapes, sizes and properties).
  • Production of moulded pillows (new generation moulded VitaRest® pillows are made from high-quality viscoelastic foam).
  • Production of pillows with gel.

PRODUCTION OF SPECIAL PURPOSE MATTRESSES:

  • Production of mattress “Tatami” for sport clubs, schools, kindergartens, rehabilitation centres, health facilities and other organisations, as well for combat sports: training and competitions.
  • Production of polyurethane (PPU) foam for various mattresses.

TRANSPORTATION OF PRODUCTS:

  • Delivery of foam blocks with special vehicles.
