What is VISCOELASTIC foam (VE)?
It is a high density viscoelastic material characterized by slow indentation and slow recovery, sensitive to your body temperature.
The distinctive feature of viscoelastic foam is its response to the temperature of the human body and individual points of support of the body. Depending on the impact and temperature of the human parts pressing the foam, the viscoelastic foam becomes softer in the more pressured and warmer areas when you go to sleep until you get up.
Due to the specific property of the viscoelastic material - slow self-recovery to its original shape, it is also called "lazy" or "memory" foam
How do we feel it?
As you can see in the first thermal image, the pressure points are marked in red. Lying on the Viscoelastic "VitaRest Origin®" foam, there are no such pressure points - the foam softens, adapting to your body.
